Google Algorithm

WHAT IS GOOGLE ALGORITHM?

The Google algorithms are a set of complex mathematical functions that make Google Search find and rank the relevant results on SERP (Search Engine Result Page)for a given  search query.

WHY  ARE GOOGLE ALGORITHM IMPORTANT?

Algorithms are the core of Google search. The algorithm mainly focuses on how Google ranks pages and understands search queries.

WHAT ALGORITHMS DOES GOOGLE USE?

·       Google Core Algorithm

·       Ranking Algorithm

·       Page Rank

·       Spam Algorithm

·       Rank Brain

Google Core Algorithm:

Google's core algorithm is called the  backbone of the search giant's search engine . Google's core algorithm is the most important  algorithm behind Google search.

Ranking Algorithm:

This algorithm stands behind ranking pages on SERPs.Panda is the most important Google ranking algorithm introduced in 2011, mainly addressing low-quality content.

Page Rank:

Page Rank is the algorithm that determines the importance of a page based on its link profile.

Spam Algorithm:

This algorithm helps Google find pages and websites that violate Google’s Spam Policies. Penguin (2012) was the codename of the major update to this algorithm.

RankBrain:

Rank Brain is a machine-learning algorithm that helps Google understand and interpret search queries and return relevant results. Hilltop is an algorithm used to find documents relevant to a particular keyword.
